Here's a quick look at a food relief project we did for the Turkana tribe on March 6th, 2015. These people are suffering extreme drought and have now entered into a serious famine situation. (This video was all shot on a smart phone on a very windy day....so, not very good quality)

Teachers have now been on strike for well over a month in Kenya, and the kids are doing just fine apparently. The children here are all orphans, and living at an orphanage that Centerwill helps support. Our staff has been spending a lot of time at the orphanage lately, trying to help care for the kids that normally would be in school.

On one of the first days of our July 2016 mission trip to Kenya our team was confronted by a 9 year old boy living on the streets of Meru Kenya named Brian. He explained both of his parents had died, his mother just recently. After discussing his situation with local government childcare authorities, and the boys only living relative, we came to the conclusion his only chance off the street was for Centerwill to adopt him and move him to our orphanage. Today (July 15th) he was released into our custody, and we brought him to his new home - our orphanage. He had a GREAT time adapting to his new surroundings and meeting all his new brothers & sisters. Today was a great day!
